The Eagle River Ladies Golf League has been busy! Recently, a group of ladies participated in the Fairways & Friends Tournament in Green Lake. Ladies from our league enjoy playing together in tournaments across the state and in the UP to support various fundraising causes.
The Laurayne Conway Memorial Member/Guest Day was held on June 20th. Golf Pro Tony Sable held a putting clinic for the ladies. The shotgun start was at 4:00 pm, and snacks, awards and comradery followed. There were 71 participants, and 18 were guests. We have 20 new members this season, and there is room for more. We have a fun, friendly and flexible league with ladies of all skill levels.
