A few reminders from John Van Hise IV, Scorekeeper for the Monday and Wednesday Leagues –

The golf course is now open with all 18 holes available! Time to get in some practice!

For those of you who will be purchasing a season pass please know:

• If you want to buy a full green fee and/or cart pass please have a check or cash ready when you come to the pro shop to purchase them.
• If you want a Gold or Platinum discount card then you have the extra option of paying with a credit card.
• The shop will not need you to present a physical card on check in as the data is stored on your customer profile. Physical cards will be available if you request one.

The Albatross Grill expects to have their kitchen open in early May. The bar will be open for the pre-season meetings, but food options may only be packaged snacks, i.e. chips, candy bars, etc.

Once again, pre-season meetings will be held in the clubhouse on April 26th for Monday League and April 28th for Wednesday. Both begin at 6:00 pm and are open to all league members.

Play begins on May 10th and May 12th. So far, about half of the available slots have been reserved. If you have not yet made your claim, please do so soon by emailing ergcmensleaguemw@gmail.com.

A Special Message from Kyle Anderson, Course Superintendent: “The weather is looking great and we’re planning for an early open date – April 16th. Don’t hold me to it, but if the weather keeps its trend, I don’t see any issues with that date. Now, it could be earlier or possibly later. Keep an eye on our Facebook page and here, and I’ll provide updates if this changes. We look forward to seeing you all out on the golf course and to the start of the 2021 golf season!”

We are also planning to open the practice range on Monday, April 12th.

No play or practice will be permitted on the course prior to opening day.
